Six Thinking Hats: COURSE

Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats courses have trained over 500,000 people around the world since 1989. The Six Hats method provides the disciplined process for individuals to be focused and to the point and to communicate without arguing.

Six Hats training takes place in a 1 or 2 day interactive course utilizing parallel thinking to enable team members to all think in the same direction at the same time. Participants are led through each of the Six Hats and discover a platform for open discussion, faster problem solving, overcoming egos and tension in order to reach a superior decisions with consensus.

Materials

Each delegate will receive an official Six Thinking Hats training manual including additional tools to use in sessions back at work along with a Certificate of Completion.
